Always. It makes you and evryone around you fun. I know when I am getting sick (a cold) that's really the only time I let myself go, and just concentrate on getting better.

Keeping one's self neat, clean, and well groomed can improve someones attitude at times. A good routine is very important. You don't have to dress to the 9's everyday, or have your hair, and make-up perfect either! Some days sweats and no make-up are a must and a good rejuvinator, but you can still be clean and well kept. There is nothing wrong with that. I think essentially the way one feels about their self comes from deep inside personally. You can dress in formal wear with perfect make-up and hair, but if you don't feel good inside...it shows. I've seen people in sweats with hair lopped on top of their head and no make-up look better.

Oh yeah for sure, it makes me feel good. When you feel good you feel sexy. I work out and eat right. I like to get my hair done, and keep a clean environment where I live. It makes me feel fresh and alive. I enjoy wearing makeup and being creative, with that and fashion.. for me and not for anyone else.. My friends sigh LOL when I like to get posh for just a simple outing. It's just me.

sometimes in an off day (no work, no school) i like to go out in sweats and no make-up, but when i do put the effort in to look nice, i feel like i want to show off because of my effort and i do feel better and more confident.

i have a routing everytime i get out the shower i put on lotion,perfume,brush my teeth,and put on deodorant this makes me feel pretty and i know i am soft and smell good for my man. It feels good taking care of myself for me and my man.
