It is all about communication. You talk more with people online than you do with the people that live around you. If you want to be closer to your neighbors, strike up a conversation with someone. It's not that hard. All you have to do is start talking about the weather, mention the kids (if they, or you, have any), ask a guy about his car, or a lady about her rosebushes. Ask them open-ended questions to get them to open up about themselves and the stuff they enjoy. Hope this helps.....
