have extra financial aid from college saved up and what should i do with it. I am a freshman in college right now. Can i spend it on anything?? Where do i go and cash the refund check??

** I am only talking about extra money from grants and scholarships**

Yes, you can spend it on anything that you want to. If you have a bank account put the check in the bank. If not you can get it cashed at any check cashing place. But, call first to see what there requirements are and how much do they charge to cash the check.

No,the money can ONLY be used for educational purposes.
