You may try it, as milk based formula is safer than soy based. However it will probably make absolutely no difference when it comes to introducing milk.

Yes it should be allright to try a different formula, providing the doctor hasn't specified the iron for a reason.

you mean from regular to soy? she might not take the lactose in the regular very well because soy has no lactose. is your baby constipaited? give her prune jucie or apple juice diluted with 3 parts water, 1 part juice.

it should be fine i have three kids all of my kids been on simlac advance that's the baby milk that's close to breast feeding. i actually never met a baby that was on soy.. whats the advantage of that?

just try it and see how she goes if she is lactose intolerant or any other allergies it may not be a good idea but there is no harm in trying new things

i would say its okay...my sister did when my niece and nephew was 5 months olds....but it might not be the same for your baby..i would try it and see and if she has any reactions to it then stop it quickly....also you might want to ask your pediatrician if its safe...
