Well, you let it hatch. Sometimes even though they're technically ready to come out, they're not ready themselves. As long as the shell is broken and air is getting in so the little guy can breathe, leave him alone. If after two days or so it -still- hasn't come out, you can -GENTLY- help him out. But unless there's cause for worry, there's no need for intervention. Keep in mind, your little guy won't eat until after the yolk sac is gone, so if he doesn't eat right away, don't worry.
