Well technically they are right - we are the ones that are pregnant and they always have a choice of not being part of the pregnancy as we do not - once we are pregnant and decide to keep the child, we do not have a choice put to be pregnant; we are the ones that deal with the sickness, they may sympathize with us, but "we" are the ones that actually live it - "we" are the ones that actually go into labor and feel each pain - they may be holding our hand and be by our side - but "we" are the ones that really go through the pregnancy stage and have that bound with our child they no matter how much they try they could never have.
Of course, as partners we tend to include and make our husband's part of the pregnancy and if you really want to be technical - we are the ones that are pregnant.

i don't think i have ever had that problem where all the boys thought i was pregnant unless i really was. maybe your just not hanging out with the nice guys.

I have never had this problem. I'm very sorry that this is an issue but are you possibly overweight? More in your midsection?? I wish I had more to work on then maybe I could possibly answer your question.

sad to say but there are alot of woman (and men) that are overweight.... so guys just assume you're pregnant~! If you are younger....the "boys" are just being "boys", trying to bother you about your weight*

Because they get nervous. They don't understand what its like to be a woman and go through changes. They can be just silly sometimes!
