You could be in a band at 14. Could you tour? Not without the consent of your parents and not without a chaperone of legal age.

you would need your parents consent. but you could i guess. I dont think ild let my 14 year old do it. but i would incorage him to continue to play music and keep up with his talent. by the way you questin should be posted in the music section.
