Has anyone cancelled their broadband from AOL? I've been trawling through their keywords for ages and haven't found anything..funny that! Any assistance would be appreciated :-)

call 0870 3202020 and ask for your "MAC key". Then pass this on to your new provider. simple, i have just done it.

this is the number given out in the leaflet with the start up cd, 0870 3202020. that's if you are in the UK. Judging by the wording i don't think you can cancel on line

If you cant find a means of getting in touch with them via phone or net,. Cancel you direct debit and they will get in touch with you. Never fails. Stop the cash.

well if you want to delete the program just add and remove it from the list and to end your subscription phone them with your account details and tell them you want to end subscription you ussually have to pay for another month
