The phrase "Please give me some time" and the phrase "I need some time"
Do the above phrases mean the same or is there a stuble difference betweem the two?

I would first request you to kindly tell me the meaning ot 'stuble'. You have used it twice, with the same spelling. I know of two words-'stubble' ( a short beard) and 'subtle', but not 'stuble'!

As regards your two sentences, the difference is between writing and speaking. In writing they may appear to be the same, but when spoken, they may mean different , depending on the tone and sentiment of the speaker!

One is a polite put off for the present,and the other is a suggestion that your work will be better done if you give me the time needed to address it.
