I just mean for a simple cold or someting????

Vitamin C is the one you want. Up to 5000mg per day (not all at once) will sort out a cold. Back it up a bit if you become a little diarrhetic.

The ACE Vitamins: Vitamins A, C and E. These are all powerful antioxidants. The first two are particularly important for infection fighting. So is the trace mineral Zinc.

Vitamin C is the most common one used to fight infection but studies have shown that you need to take it for a couple of weeks before you get sick to have any significant effect

vitamin c drops or food rich in vit c and also the herb echinacea, which you can get in a cough drop like form as well as a tea

well vitamin C is suppsoed to be helpful. also taking raw garlic or garlic pills helps a lot.
