good question, and some really good answers.
But what is most disturbing to me is that there are still so many "die hard" Bush supporters.
With overwhelming evidence that the current administration is using this country and it's resourses for their own gain, with no reguard to the US citizens. They are responsible for the propoganda that has divided our nation.

It's not Bush as much as it is the Republican Party. This is all about power in this country and who controls what. The republicans have controlled the government for 8 years now and the Democrats now see an opportunity to regain control. They don't care about our troops over there fighting a losing battle. They only care about control of the White House. If our military would of been allowed to pounce on Iraq like the Democrats are pouncing on the Republicans . This war would of been over 3 years ago.

Because so many Americans seem to think that the Executive Office decision making authority should be driven by a popularity poll. The truth is, the President has been charged to protect and defend the American people and sometimes he has to make unpopular decisions in the process. He will tell you himself that he is not always correct, but he always does what he believes is right. We haven't had another post 911 attack in our neighborhood have you?

Mr. Bush has no one to blame but himself for the loss respect he has occur ed from the American public. He has lied to cover up his misdeeds in Iraq. New he claims he has "new Iraq policy" that will change the course of the war.

He was appointed to work for us the American people and he works instead for the very rich and the large corporations, the Oil company's in particular. It is about time that he respects the American people more then he does his own pocket book.

Because he will not bow to polls and if any one is to take the heat he demands that you focus on him. That is what a good leader does.

He's not respected. It's mainly because of idiots in the liberal media. If he was a democrat he would be getting nothing but praises from the media.
