Its Russian. Its means goodbye to somebody called Horrosho or it is a goodbye from Horrosho, like signing off a letter.

It could be russian - I'm pretty sure the first part of it is Goodbye in russian.

The language is Russian.
Dosvedonya means "Good bye" or "Fare Well".
No idea what "Horrosho" is. Perhaps the name of
a person? What context did you find this in?
