It depends on where you live. Do you mean fabric for drapes or curtains? Roman blinds, maybe? These can be found at any fabric store: i.e. Hancock Fabrics. Window Coverings come in many different fabrics now, I've made them out of about anything. It depends on what you're looking for. There is a place near me (in Fort Wayne) called Zeigler's (i think that's it) and they sell window coverings and also have the 'books' of different fabrics. (They are similar to wallpaper books in design). I suggest checking out craft and fabric stores, I think your best bet here is Hancock or somewhere similar.
