I need to make a list out of this question, so far I have:
1) Get away from the Church of England (Puritans and non-seperatist Puritans)
2) To make profit
3) Start new lives

I feel like im missing something please answer any ideas.

5. to avoid famine and disease (common in big cities)
6. because they were street people and had no where else to go

Some of them didn't have any choice, since the colonizing countries used prisoners from their prisons to the New World, in order to provide the colony rulers enough man power so that they can create profits in return.

Punishment, Georgia was a penal colony so some of the English people who settled there were being punished from England.

Religion prosecutions.
Poverty.
Desire to become rich (for many it was just a temporary thing, they
went there to earn money and then came back to home).
They were deported (thiefs, prostitutes, murderers).
Women who had no dowry married the plantations to marry somebody.
Because staying single meant poverty and contempt.
