I think that many of the people who have low self-esteem and hate their bodies would still have low self-esteem and hate their bodies even if they had the perfect body. Their problem is mental as well as physical.

Hmm I already have a pretty much perfect body.. It was designed to be as perfect as it is anyway.. and its lived up to the design.. In fact its held up remarkably well for the things I've done to it.. way beyond the factory specs)Really what the hell would a magic wand do for me?? Not much that I can think of... even at my age..

My self esteem (meaning value of ones own worth and value) has never been an issue with me.. I'm the best thing since buttered toast.. and always have been.. the concept of self esteem is for suckers.. Hey.. f you dont think yer worth a Frack.. guess what?? I'm gonna agree with you.. you know you WAY better than I do.. You got LOW SELF ESTEEM? that tells me YOU think YOU are WORTH LESS.. if you think that I'm gonna agree with YOU..

It would temporarily, but self esteem goes a lot deeper than your body type. In fact, I like a little imperfection. It makes you more real. People with great bodies tend to bank on that, and therefore
don't see any reason for self improvement. I prefer people with less than great bodies.

That wand has been waved, this is the body I have, its the only one I will ever have, so I dance and play whenever I can.

I don't just THINK it, I KNOW it. Fat is where it's at and thin is where it's been. Thin beats fat hands down!! It's a different world!! @8-)
