Sure, it is good to help your body synthesize Vitamin D. But only 15 minutes or so a day is needed. In addition, lack of sun exposure has been linked as a risk factor for developing multiple sclerosis. But don't spend too much more time than that out in the sun without sunscreen to limit the risk for skin cancer.

Well, it's good to spend some time under the heat of the sun if it really needs you. Because there are some instances that it can harm you or even break down your skin. Besides, sun's exposure is also healthy, we can get vitamin D out there. And too much exposure is not good.

the sun ages you... you should always use a 40 sun block. If you spend a lot of time in the sun... lo and behold you will in your golden years be a wrinkled old prune. This is true.
