If you want to give her something specific to your country then I would suggest gift ethnic trinkets/jewellery ...teens usually love dressing up so some dainty indian jewellery will be fine, nothing outlandish also you could try gifting traditional stoles , carved or handpainted jewellery boxes, fancy mojris etc...
