Tried a few bit torrent sites but I can't find one with specific episodes.

Lost is on haitus both here and in the States at the moment (due to start in 9 days in the States and 13 days here).
If it is past episodes you are after you can buy them from 4OD (4 on demand from Channel 4). I think it is 99p per episode and you can choose which episode to watch.
When accessing the free download sites it is important to remember that the site will find your IP address and if it is a UK IP number will not allow you to download them as they are based in the States.

You can get all of lost (l I mean every single episode) at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com There is a sign-up fee but it is small and a one time thing only and the site is really good. It gives you unlimited access to full-length episodes of old and new shows .It's as free as it gets.
