MFP (Master financial professional) from AAFM - is this worth as a designattion. Is it recognised in the Mkt?

In eight years in the financial industry, I've never heard of it. However, I just did a web search, and found lots of sources for it. Apparently, it must be legit, but I don't think it's very prevalent.
