Multiply the inside width by the inside height by the inside depth. If you do this in inches, then divide that answer by 1728 and you get cubic feet.
You might find a sticker on it someplace, usually on the door. This might tell you the manufacturer's specification.

The volumes given by manufacturer's are usually significantly larger than actual. But since calculating it yourself would be exceedingly difficult die to contours, etc. and since the manufacturer's number would be more consistent with comparable models, I would go with that.
Search the web for your model. The information should be readily available.
