Probably not... most people use "big-boned" to mean that the person is packing a few extra pounds... its a nice way to say it.

oh my god..doesn't any body answering this question no what big boned is? it doesn't mean they are fat or missing a few salads. i weight 142lb and am 5"10 and i'm big boned. there are different size bones in everyone. just means my weight at my size is more muscle than fat.
