not only is it safe, but it will help you have less cramps. you can do anything during your period you normally do, although the only reason women dont is because they dont feel well. excercise will make you feel better and able to do more of your normal things

Whats up with all the period questions today?But anyway I try not to do any exercises while I am on the rag it only makes you flow a whole lot more while doing exercises,so I guess I would say no.Unless you are padded up real good.

Yes, it's safe. I have a hard time motivating myself to go to the gym on the 2nd day of my period but when I do, I'm sooo glad I did. My cramps always seem milder afterwards and my bad mood lightens a little (lol).

Exercising during your period should actually help speed your period along in a sense... That all the activity help dislodge the lining that may build-up a little during your cycle.
