I left my bar of chocolate that i just bought, in the shop. And the assistant didnt tell me.

Common what?????? Courtesy.....where!!!!!! LOL I know the feeling....when I broke my leg and was getting around on crutches I had gone to the mall. As I was approaching the entrance a man basically ran past me...I was thinking"great,someone is going to hold the door open so I won't have to battle!".....WRONG.....he went right past me,let himself in the door and let it close in my face.....how thoughtful....I just keep doing my nice things for others and TRY really hard to ignore the inconsiderate of the world....I have been a cashier and have chased people out the door trying to make sure they don't forget everything from their change to their bags.....Good Luck in the future and just keep rollin' the way YOU do.....

i think common curtsy gone out the window in most cases.
she probably fancied the chocolate,but no money to pay for it till payday and payday another week away yet.

was she fat? if so, then there's your answer. lol, that's mean, i know. by the way, it's courtesy. and you are absolutely right. it's gone out the window. i live in spain and i think it's even worse here than in england. no pleases, no thank yous, nothing. sometimes i feel like just screaming at people to get them to say thank you for picking that up, or thanks for holding the door. or please can i borrow that pen instead of gimme the f*king pen! aaarrgh people are so rude!
