In real life rather than in Hello magazine?
Barbados and St Bart's in the Caribbean
Cannes Film Festival in France
St Tropez, France
All these places offer a realistic chance of seeing very A-list celebs.

TV studios where programmes are made like here in Manchester you can go and stand outside the back gates and see Corrie stars arriving and leaving (some will ever stop and chat or have sign stuff and have photos taken they're really friendly.
Or you could go to conventions like Collectormania which is where I'm going in May to meet James Marsters (Spike from Buffy) in Miton Keynes.
Check out the website collectormaina.com for details.
