The hindu culture was designed very technically focussing on social progress. It took years for the culture to get develop. There were days when it was at the peak. And now, it's all shattered around. people not having enough knowledge about it.
If you consider the functions of the sections or castes in hinduism, they are Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas and the Shudras. Each section had few sub sections. Now if you have studied properly each of the sections had some responsibilities and some rights. Brahmins offered knowledge about leading a healthy, hygenic and humanitarian life, Kshatriyas protected the terrritory, Vaishyas were the traders and Shudras were the workers. This categorization was carried for proper management of the society structure and had nothing to do with discrimination. But, we, in lack of proper knowledge forgot our duties for the society and created ridges.

In my opinion, Hindu religion was divided, because we lived in a society, were we always depend on each other, so, one person could be skilled in making pots, while other in memory, and so on. So, to keep a spiritual bondage between people, Brahmins would pray for the world, to protect the country, were kshatriyas, to maintain relationship and trade were Vaishyas, and to keep the place tidy and other basic requirments, were shudras. You might see that each of these people are dependent on each other, In the early vedic period, all of these casts were respected equally.
Also, maybe it became heriditory because, if an art runs in a family, its easier to learn as everyone in the family is experienced in that field and you have been brought up in such an environment. You see there are 4 kinds of people, Peace loving, spiritual , brave, fighters who crave for adventure, traders,or merchants or business people, and workers who like art.
so probably, the system became corrupted and ........ i think you know the rest.
this is my opinion and if i have offended any of you, my humble apologies. Was it of any help?

It is the government of India, which is focusing and dividing the people based on the Caste. They are not encouraging us on our merit but they are dividing us on our caste basis! In the name of reservation they have exploited the society, the state and the country! . As far as the government encourage the Caste system ...do you think that it will ever get justified.

People are not sectined based on ther cast at all !!!!!!!
It is based on the qualification of their education or interest or
expertise in the field or any qualitatively speaking talent !!!!!
If you think for a moment it is all over the world like this !!!
There are four categarically speaking workers in every company or institute . For example like worker then supervisor then manager and then gen.manager and so forth !!!!

It is nothing to do with the religion, but with the social practices prevailing among the people, professing the religion. If some men of religion, were coming on a horse back, that does not mean that all those men who are professing that religion, must be owning the horses. A social practices, long entrenched, will become part of that social fabric. You associate that social practice as part of their religion.

It is their society. Most of me says it isn't justified, but then again... it is their way of life. They believe you are born into a cast and then if you please their God by living according to that cast when you live your next lifeyou will move up a cast.

It is neither caste nor religion.Think of todays trade unions and rights activists. It was basically the Trade Guilds of the Ancient times which were used by some dirty politician to his or her advantage.

Some leaders are misguiding the people and people blindly follow them, because neither they want to think nor do they want to go against their leaders.
It is not at all justified, but so long as people are ignorant this will go on.
