google updater problems?

why do i keep getting a window saying that another user is logged on and i cant use google updateruntil they log off. it is only me that uses the computer so there are no other users and in any case im not even trying to use the updater? please help it is very annoying

Log in in safe mode as the Admin and that should sort the other user problem. As the Admin download the problem and all users should be granted the download.
