Yes there are although there is limited clinical evidence since herbal medicines don't undergo the same rigourous testing that drug trials do.
There is evidence that the following treatments offer relief from an enlarged prostrate:
1) Saw palmetto. (Get a good quality one)
2) Pygeum
3) Beta sitosterol
4) Tincture of Nettle root
5) Flax seed lignans
Current drug treatments for an enlarged prostrate include 'Proscar and Dutasteride' both have a small risk of lowered libido and increased risk for a specific although rare type of prostrate cancer.

Robin is right on Saw Palmetto, I have heard many good things also you can research bee royal jelly and bee pollen and its effectiveness in men, beeroyalproducts.com also has live questions answered just have to check when the live button is on.

the cooked tomato, even ketchup, contains lycopene. that is supposed to help with prostrate problems..
