Going by your list of peices, you appear to like instrumental Baroque music. Some other great Baroque pieces include Bach's violin concertos (there are a few of these, including one for two violins); Vivaldi's concerto for two mandolins (better than it sounds!); or Handel's Music for the Royal Fireworks, and Zadok the Priest. Vivaldi also wrote a great Gloria (with choir) and any of Bach's wonderful Masses will be rewarding.

You've mentioned the Moonlight sonata by Beethoven, who was from the later Classical/Romantic period - virtually anything by Beethoven is worth listening to, but try the violin concerto, the fifth piano concerto, the sixth symphony or others of his 32 piano sonatas (especially, for getting into, the Waldstein and the Appasionata). For Classical/Romantic choral music, try Mozart's Requiem and Beethoven's Mass in C.

This could go on forever...

I would recommend Canon in D - Pachelbel. I also like The 4 Seasons by Vivaldi but I prefer Winter more than Summer.
A few more suggestion pieces:
Sonata 08 Op.13: Pathétique, 3rd mvt - Beethoven
Concerto in D Minor - Bach
You should also listen to covers of Classical music by Venessa Mae, she is a virtouso violinist! Hope they'll suit you :)

Water Music - Handel
Clarinet Quintet in A, K. 581 - Mozart

and since your taste leans towards the Baroque, virtually anything by Telemann, Corelli, Torelli, or Scarlatti. If you like J.S. Bach, you'll LOVE Telemann.
