Do you think the papers have told about hammonds accident the wrong way! Saying he was partly to blame is a little unfair don't you think. As for me I would love to blast to 300mph! Although I cant say I'd particularly like to go upside down at that speed esp on the ground!

A blown tyre can happen to anyone at any speed, judging by the speed he was travelling at the time, i doubt anyone could have avoided an accident, I would not have like to see him killed, so glad he's made a full recovery.

I think that the papers were unfair, he was only doing his job and the car was checked out before he used it. Anyway who is to know if you are going have a tyre blow-out in any car! The Hampster was a very lucky guy mind, but I am glad that he has made a good recovery, mind he did look a bit fragile last night.
Same here I would love to be in car traveling at that sort of speed!

Its not really his fault but i suppose if you get into a car that you're going to drive at 300mph you've got to accept some responsibility for any error. Personally i wouldnt set foot in a vehicle with that power coz somethings bound to go wrong travelling at that speed.

I watched top gear and he said that they had done all the filming and that for the show and they finished at 5 but they had the track until 5.30 so he dicided to have another go, so if he would of just stopped then it would never of happened but you know boys with their fast cars.
He did look really thin and pale looking, im just glad that he is okay and that he is back to himself.

He knew what the risks were of travelling at that speed and still did it, so yes it was partly his fault.

For me, 100MPH is fast enough - especially for the skip I drive.

Couldn't help noticing how skinny he is looking. I hope he really is okay, because I don't think he looks it.

It may be unfair. If it is true how can it be unfair?
