I do not recommend you pills to lose on weight... I can give you a diet, poor in fats, that worked with me... Without pills or sport, and without being anemic... really... contact me for the diet at rbd_cool90@yahoo.com whenever you want. It is easy to follow the diet because you do not suffer of starvation... and you lose on weight.... easily. Hope I can help you. ::)

Well I ll give here the diet...I have 16 years and I am almost obsesed by losing on weight... I ve tried to loose on weight doing exercises, practising sport, but without any result. I searches on internet a diet, that can help you loose on weight very quicky... almost 10 kilos in a month.I will tell you how...

First of all, during two weeks, the period of the diet, u must not eat candies, sweets, smoke, use chewing gum, drink juicies, etc... things that would stop the effect of the diet.

If u eat one of these, stop the diet, and begin it after 3 months.

I can say too that using this diet u ll not put kilos back during 2 years.... amazing, no? If have problems with your stomach, or with your heart do not try it.. really. It is very hard to follow it...

FIRST DAY:

breakfast: a coup of coffee with a teaspoon of sugar

12: 2 boiled eggs, 400g spinach, a medium tomato

18(not later!) : 200g boiled beef, a hand of lettuce with natural lemon juice

SECOND DAY:

breakfast: same as 1st day

12: 250g bacon and a 250 g natural yoghurt

18: same as 1st day

THIRD DAY:

breakfast: same and a piece of toast(bread)

12: 2 boiled eggs, 1 rasher of bacon, a lettuce

18: celery(300 g), a medium tomato, an apple

FOURTH DAY:

breakfast: same as third

12: 200 ml of natural orange juice, 250 g natural yoghurt

18: a boiled egg, a carrot, 250 g cheese made of natural cow milk

FIFTH DAY:

breakfast: a big carrot

12: 200 g of boiled trout or plaice, with natural lemon juice, a teaspoon of butter

18: 200g boiled beef, and celery

SIXTH DAY:

breakfast: same as 4th day

12: 2 boiled eggs, a big carrot

18: 200 g boiled chicken, a lettuce with natural lemon juice

SEVENTH DAY:

breakfast: a coup of tea without sugar!

12: nothing... only water... ull pass through...

18: 200 g lamb meat, a apple

EIGHTH DAY:

breakfast: same as 1st day

12: same as 1st day

18: same as 1st day

NINETH DAY:

same as 2nd day all

TENTH DAY:

same as 4th day all

ELEVENTH DAY:

breakfast: a coup of tea, a teaspoon of sugar, a piece of toast(bread)

12: 200 ml natural orange juice, 250 g natural yoghurt

18: a boiled egg, a carrot, 250 g cheese

TWELVETH DAY:

same as 5th day all

LAST DAY....

same as 6 th day all....

Diet pills - as with any drugs you put in to your body - have side effects. The safest way to lose weight is to count calories and exercise.

forget what the others have said i tried slimming pills a few years ago they were called total control black, i was on them on and off for about 2 years they really helped. but the tanning salon i bought them from stoped selling them in favour of other ones and i didn't find them as good. i have been trying to get hold of them since but no luck.

dont take diet pills thy're dangerous my friend took them and they made her ill, best thing to do is exercies for around 15 min+ a day

hmm.. i really need to start back at the gym. but, i did start taking these pills that my friend told me about, and i'm impressed! they helped so much with my energy, i feel soo active now, and i don't crave food all the time now, and the best part, heh ... i'm losing weight!! anyway, i don't wanna be selfish or nuttin, so here's the website that i ordered them from.... http://anedherstowa.com/ ..xx.

Yes,, I know of two that have been on the market forever, they are called exercise, and watch caloric intake. You can get them at any health store, and they won't charge you a thing.

um.. i saw on the oprah winfrey show about a tablet called hoodia gordoni, there supposed to curb your appetite, but you are also to cut down calorie intake an do some exercise, i havent tried them yet but am goin out to get them/!!

None of them are good! They are proven that you have to exercise alot,while taking them. They are bad on your organs.

it was on tv that they dont actually work, just join A slimming club. I works for me
