Hi My Nokia 3250 is not working...............?

hi friends my nokia 3520 is not working. I was trying to upgrade the firmware using nokia s/w updater but in the middle of the upgrade it has given a error that it cannot be upgraded so i disconnected the phone and now its completed dead.......

Plz help me friends........
