I'm not sure what his or your age has got to do with the issue , but you sound like you've already made your decision. I would stick to that decision if I was you.
To do it for money or a house, which you don't need anyway, would make you a prostitute and give the guy a hold over you. Especially if you were to accept a house.
Don't do it. Tell him no.

There was a conversation once at a dinner party attended by Oscar Wilde and although I can't remember it line for line it went along the lines of: A discussion with a lady of good social standing and himself were talking over would she ever allow herself to sleep with a gentleman for a certain price. The lady replied that no at that price she most certainly would not, and so Mr Wilde kept upping the price until one was found that she agreed perhaps yes she would share a bed with him. The lady getting flustered asked him what he meant by this line of questioning, to which Mr Wilde replied, "My dear lady, we have already established what you are, it's just the price we're quibbling about" The moral, self explanatory really, don't do it.

The mere fact that you seem to be uncomfortable with the situation should be a firm NO. Nothing he could possibly give you would be worth your pride or self-worth. He wants you to give up who you are in exchange for a house. Break all contact with him and continue living your life. You will find someone to marry if that is your choice.

If he,s clean, not a freak, just once and there,s no repercussions, you should think about what this would mean for you and your future, it could be a one off chance to secure a future for your self. I know it may feel seedy but these chances don,t come around much in life.

Sex is sacred for me.So i dont agree having sex with someone i dont love and just for the benefit of having a house to live. What if he will just have sex with you and duped you?and wont have the house?See?So please dont.Other guys are wise enough to say nice things for us to believe in especially if they see the woman vulnerable and weak.So if you ask me,a big NO!!DONT DO IT!

Don't have sex with anyone outside of marriage. It's not a matter of age. This man should know better, and he being disgraceful. Get rid of him.

Sex for money or a home makes you a prostitute. If you can live with that OK.
