nonsense, time does not exist. It is nothing more than an abstract concept created by man to satisfy his need to measure everything. There is only the now and what will be, what has been is lost forever except for the memories and that which was recorded for posterity. Any such event as you have mentioned would have made headlines all over the world.

The truth may never be known , even by those who conducted the experiment. Time travel is futile. Who may have happened is that real ET's may have picked up on their desires to see the past... They, the real ET's may have hijacked the camera and sent a signal in it's place. It is my belief that since 1891 (the invention of radio) that the Earth has had the same conditions that magnetic resonance imaging scanner use to look inside things. A magnetic field and a radio wave... Civilisations of other worlds do not use radio. SETI is a waste of time. They do not use radio because spying is too easy. Time travel is not possible, something else has occurred. Prehaps they have gain access to the global records that real ET's have been saving for the international court of law. My thought is that it is fake, how did they get the signal back at such large distances in time to say what they did. In short it's propaganda

No. Even if Japan did create such a machine, which it hasn't, quantum physics states that an object could only be sent back in tome so far as the point at which the machine was created.

This is actually nothing more than rubbish, eventhough its quite interesting .If anything like that was there ,somebody would have already reached here from future by now .Even if the time machine is made now it has to be there in furture in a more modified form and we never heard of, or seen anyone from future.

If people in the future are sending cameras into the past, why have I not seen any cameras from the future yet? Shouldn't the Japanese in the year 2100 be sending cameras back to 2007?

Yes, it is true. You see, time is like a person. If you want to see what a person ate in the past, you have to....probe them, and do tests to look for evidence. Basically, japan stuck a big video camera on a tube into time's butt (aka wormhole) and they are able to see many things. The site is classified tho, sorry.

It wasn't the Japanese, it was the Americans. In the 90's they sent a camera into space that can record information from billions of years ago. go to Hubbletelescope.com

ikeman32 has got it right.
Time is an arbitrary measurement used by humans to provide an orderly framework for everyday life.
Contrary to science-fiction, there is no way to change, warp, or alter time. (that's why it's called science-FICTION)
Processes in the universe take place with or without humans trying to measure them.
To think that we could manipulate these processes makes for a nice book or movie, but has no basis in reality.

Time is a Positive number only.
The idea of going back in time exists only because we all have a desire to do so, and are familiar with the number line having both positive and negative numbers.
