Yes, Apollo had a lyre (a string instrument), Hermes made it and had to give it to Apollo as a peace treaty since Apollo is the god of music (Hermes stole Apollo's herd of cattle by walking them backward into his cave). Zeus had a shield which he hung the head of Medusa upon and called it Aegis. Hephaestus had his forge with all his equipment which he used to create Armour and weapons for the gods. Artemis had her bow and arrows, Poseidon had a trident, Hades had a helmet that could turn him invisible, Dionysus had his women, Pan had his pan whistle, and Hermes had his winged sandals. Don't forget ambrosia, that was an ever popular thing with the gods.

The Gods and Goddesses of Greek Mythology probably had more physical possessions than almost any other group of deities I can think of. Winged shoes, Girdles of strength, golden scissors, tong and hammer, potion vials, etc.

paying attention to Greek stores and the fact the most people want to show "gods" as human or a form that satisfies humans

Yes I do remember in studying on them that there were occasional mentioning of things like wine, tables, houses, to name a few worldly possessions. I am sure there were more though.
