I have a charity event coming up and need 8 individual t-shirts for a dodgeball championship. I want to design the shirts online but the only company i can find is called spreadshirt and thay take 6 weeks for delivery. Can anyone suggest anywhere else, we have £15ppp as a budget.

if you live near a snappy snaps store, then go there, t-shirts can be made in a few days, to requirements, and are within your budget...

I think it's cheaper if you did it yourself.

An ordinary T shirt can be ordered from anywhere as well as from the local Tesco extra.
Your only need an inkject printer and some transfers. Get the team's logo printed onto the transfer and iron it onto the shirt. It takes something like 5 minute per shirt and each shirt will only take £8 at most to do.

I would look in the phone book. There may be sign shops that also do custom design shirts. Another idea is to get iron-on patches and cut out the design yourself.
