I am developing a new site which will sell mountain bikes and its accessories and customer will add their reviews on each product. Now I have to calculate the rating of that product which must not exceed a value 10. Can anybody tell me how to calculate it?

There are some softwares where it will show the traffic of the site & some of the searching engine it show traffic in percentage & ranking. depend upon the traffic you ll get the Ranking (eg where adobe ve 95 % traffic..)
to get the ranking Usability & fast accessing of the site is very important..
