and does not want to accept that the relationship has come to an end. It's tormenting and sad to see this person so depressed. The love and trust is no longer there. So therefore, it has to come to an end. How can someone go on with their life not having to feel sad for the other person that in a 6 year relationship as husband and wife the husband never appreciated his wife.

It's only natural to feel bad as I am sure there was or still is love for the person. But in the end if you have made the decision to end it, the other person is not your responsibility, you need to move on and keep away from them, perhaps if they still see you it keeps the feelings raw. Let them have space to get over you.

This is a very sad thing just be a friend. What is also sad are the guys who miss treat their wife or GF they have to learn that a women is a special angel sent to them. They need to be loved and taken care of. A women is a soft warm gentle angel and can make a man happy. Most men don't relize that. I do so I would treat her in that special way.

It is really sad that after a period of long six years also people cant adjust with their partners for various reasons, but I suggest you should give the relationship a final chance and then decide what to do, try to see why yr partner does not appreciate you try and do something nice to make him feel his need in your life, probably things might change.

Its simple what you do, leave. There is no point in both of your lives being a misery.

If there is no chance of resolution to your issues then walk away.

We only live once, we all deserve happiness but it is only there for those who make it for themselves.
