Replace the washers in your faucets. A bad washer allows the water to constantly drip out of the spout. Sometimes, if you have a shower head connected above, the "switch" to change from shower to faucet allows water from the shower head to drop back into the spout. This is normal.

A drip is usually caused by a worn washer or packing in the hot/cold water handles. Unless you're handly with plumbing, it's best to call a plumber for the repair.

If you remove the water faucet and handles, there will be rubber "O"-Rings on the "stem of the handles", replace those and it should stop!
You'll need a screw driver and a wrench, (probably a 7/16th or a cresent wrench)
