the only Mexican team that does not sign foreign players is Club Deportivo Guadalajara from Guadalajara, Jalisco.....most widely know as "Chivas"....they only use Mexican players.....their whole infrastructure is set up in a way that they are always building and shaping new young talent.....they are the current champions of the Mexican league.....thats why they are also the base for the Mexican National Team....

Chiva Rayadas Del Guadalajara they play the mexican league with all mexicans cause they dont whant to spend money on big players. so its better for them to give young mexican players a chance. and its also better for the national soccer team. they are also the champions in mexico right now.

Are u shure that is Mexican?
In Spain Atlhetic from Bilbao only sign players born in Euskadi(Basc country,region on Spain) a few years ago they sign a frenc player Lizarrazu from France but Lizarrazu born in French Euskadi so is From Eusakdi.
Mexican team if you are sure maybe is Tigres.I can remember a non mexican player in tigres but I´m not sure

that would be chivas they only sign mexican born players.......the odd part is that they sign foreign coaches in the team....ex. Azcargota and hans westerhoff
