General Answer to the issue of Poverty:

Poverty is the absence of produced values. Who produces values? People do. How? Using their mind, then concieving what must be produced, and then their physical labour to produce it.

So long as people are free to produce, they will produce values and thus poverty will be non existent. Capitalism is the only system which allows individuals to produce and be the benefactor of their labour; that means to keep the product of their labour which was produced by their mental effort.

Poverty is not a natural state for humans to be in because by our natures we pruduce values. Whether it is a Bill Gates producing valueable software or a farmer planting his crop or a caveman hunting for food. All these cases are man producing values he sets out to produce. The only thing that can stop these people from producing is the lack of ideas (retardation) or physical force (violation of rights). Communism is the physical force which would stagnate the mind from producing (as the government does not allow you to keep the product of your labour. They seize it and redistribute it if not keep if for themselves. They also tell you what can and cannot be produced and in what quantity.) That's why communism is a self defeating political system, because it stagnates the production of values.

The reason behind poverty in India must be that they do not have enough freedom to produce values, thus, they do not have enough capitalism. Although I advocate for total capitalism (it being the only moral system, anything swaying from it only violates rights) it remains true that the more capitalism you have in a country the more wealth ,ie, values will be produced.

There has never been a complete capitalism political system to date but the best example was 19th century America. In this time you will have noticed the greatest production of wealth in the history of human kind. America today is no where near a capilalist country anymore but they remain one of the closests to it in the world today.

under developed nature of indian economy is the main cause of poverty.following are some factors which highlight the under-developed nature of the indian economy and therefore poverty of the masses:
1. low level of national product:net national product of india is miserably low compared to its size of population. low per capita income is the obvious consequence

2. heavy pressure of population: it's the rapidly increasing population that offsets the effect of increase in production. this is mainly due to fall in the death rate and more or less stable birth rate, for the last many decades.

3. inflationary pressures:less developed economies like india are often caught in the cobweb of inflationary pressures.it means a situation of persistent rise in prices.thus, the poor tend to become poorer still.

The division of money is not in control of the Government.
The account balance of Politicians is increasing in Swiss Banks and day by day the amount of food for the poor is decreasing. Just a little work to balance these both will completely eradicate poverty.
