how to deal with peaple in work?

i dont know to deal with peaple in my dep. i feel they dont like my they want make problem in work every time i live the computer open i return with problem in my sheets

its real simple...your friends are about you and relationships...your co workers are there to make money. you can certainly be friends at work but you need to understand the motivation is totally different. with work, its business first and you need to respect that if you help them make money and do your job efficiently youll get along lots better. with your friends other than work it probalby doesnt matter.
