You could try Reiki for a quick pain relief. It is uncertain how long the effects may last, as that is an individual situation, but it could be hours or days.

My experience has been that you can get substantial relief from hip pain in about two minutes, with no analgesics or other medication.

It would also be a good idea to get a medical doctor's opinion on the veins, as there may be specific treatment for them.

It seems u r not a medical practioner Dr. Now there are three things u have to do.
1. take a pain killer/analgesic
2. take rest
3.go to a doctor, get a diagnostics done.

actually there's alot of pain causing by varicouse veins.. mostly people take pain killers.. or have their legs go up before going to sleep.. but the best thing to do is go to a doctor..

my hip flexor tendon is ripped and has been for about a year, i go to the doctor and i get a shot of steroids and cortizone and it is the best thing ever...try it!
