You need to take a major decision of your life now... Most of the people work for money and incase you think you won't get an increment for long it doesn't make sense to stay. I know its nice to learn but learing and knowledge won't pay off your bills you need to have good and stable income coming in!

Apart from this, as you said most of guys left the company probably you will have to face major problem in future. Here is what i can suggest, start searching for a nice job side by side and leave it when you get some handsome job.

I know leaving a company in such situation isn't a good idea but remember you won't be able to survive in such situation, moreover 90% of the companies don't care for employees when they are in good shape so better to be safe than sorry...

Good Luck!

You need to do what is better for yourself, not your company, because at the end of the day if they can't afford to pay you, you will be redundant, look out for a new job, there is no harm in looking just for the time being.

One has to think about better prospects and take appropriate decisions time to time.
