This is an extension to a question I posted earlier. Yes! there were alot of times when I was at Jamba Juice that my cup was not filled to the top, and I was very upset about that, and that time that I mentioned in the other question was not the only time that this has happened. Some of you may disagree with me on this and some of you might, but in my opinion, I considered it to be bad customer service etiquette to those who give dirty looks to customers who are asking kindly if they can have everything poured from the blender.

They allow a lil overflow cuz they know they can't pour the whole amount into a cup. and yes you are paying for that lost bit.

I'm with u dude. I too have wondered why I specifically pay for a 16oz. styrofoam cup and yet receive only 15 oz. of jamba juice. What do they do with the rest of the jamba juice u paid for? Do you think they drink it themselves? I think it's only fair that every customer receive a FULL cup of jamba juice. What's next, should I pay for $20 worth of gas and fill up my tank to only $18 dollars? If you paid for it, then they owe it to you.

There is a simple reason for this. If you pour it all the way to the top, and you put the lid on ------- oftentimes it will leak out and causing a mess.
