National study ----? So how come we've never heard of it ------?
I suspect there's more here than meets the eye, and I can't wait to see what other members have to say ! ! !

I don't know if this is a dodgy question or not... but the best way to conduct research is to speak to people who deal with those type of cases... ie: police, social workers, psychologists, school teachers etc, and also look on Psychology databases such as PsychINFO , google scholar etc for studies that may already have been conducted... remember the people involved will not allow you access to the victims unless you have a legitimate research study... and its probably best to do this study in conjunction with other authorities who will be able to monitor the research as well as give access to their resources. Also if its nationwide, you will have to have a team working with you, as it will never be able to be done by 1 person.
You never said how you came about wanting to do this research... that may put people more at ease about answering your question... what country are you talking about in your question?

You are treading a minefield posting a question like that on a forum. I would suggest you seek professional advice from the proper channels. This subject should not be discussed on the web for obvious reasons. You decline to name your country, yet request locations of where it is happening. If I had a clue I would not tell you and I don't think anyone else with an ounce of caring would either. Sorry pal, try table tennis next time.

Why would you want to know the locations? Is there some scientific significance in this or are you just on the hunt to do the same thing yourself? And why the hell would you want to access victims for god's sake? Don't you think they've been through enough already?
Something very dodgy about this whole thing of yours.
