Me and him have been together for 1 year.
He completely changed -became an 'alien' within last 2 weeks.
i found out he has another girl. I love him so much but i don't regret
it! I live my life as usual eventhough the heartache is still lingering. Give me good suggestions, how to handle the negative feelings, and how to enjoy my life as a single lady again?

;))))

Heres is a big hug from me. I am going through the same thing. I am sticking close to my best friend. Betrayal is hard one to swallow. But something better will some out of it. It always does. If you were my neighbor I would suggest a newly single and loving it party. Maybe you can have one with your best friends. Just don't drink to much(if you do) it lets your guard down and you might do something you regret. Go buy yourself a kick a!s new outfit and wear it because you know you're better that that mess. It's ok to have heartache that is part of the healing process. Put a band aid on it and it will be healed in no time. Yeah for us newly singles!!!!!!!

Just enjoy the fact that you are a single entity again, not one half of a couple. You can go where you want and do what you want without being answerable to anyone. You can stay out later than you had planned without getting the spanish Inquisition about it when you get in. You can go wherever you want without having to ask anyone elses opinion. you can sit around the house in a dressing gown and slippers with a face mask and cucumber slices on your eyes without worrying about what you look like. just enjoy what the world has to offer you. :o)

I recommend Paul Brandt's "12 Step Recovery." You can find the song on his "Calm Before the Storm" CD.

Friday nights, neon lights, find a party crowd
Juke box, let it rock, let your hair down
Howl at the moon, shoot a little pool
Get out on the dance floor with somebody new
Let the tables turn, let the bridges burn
Let go of the memory
That's the mend a broken heart, make a new start
12-step recovery

don't mean to be a party pooper - but u sound like u still in denial and are putting on a 'brave face'... my advice to you would be that u first fully 'moan over the breakup' then when u got that outta the way go out and get urself a nice new outfit, new hairdo and step out with confidence and start a new chapter in your life..

good luck..

u have no one to answer to now
no one to make happy but yourself
and better to end now than after marriage and kids
the possibilities are endless
take your time ....find out what u really want by experiencing it
best of luck to u ...living well is best revenge
