You can be ethnically English and still be a foreigner if you were born outside the country and have not been legally naturalized. Being English does not guatantee anyone American citizenship.

As far as I know, there is no requirement for anyone to take ESL to be eligible for citizenship, only that the applicant has a certain command of the English language which you evidently have (I've seen English much worse than yours!).

My advice is for you to see an immigration attorney or if you cannot afford one, to seek help at your local legal aid society.

That quite lengthy positioned up feels ever a lot note for note like a cut back and paste job from some US baby-kisser's speech. I have seen your posts right here and there in the previous : when you're certainly American then you genuinely do look like one in all those who thinks there extremely isn't some thing the USA of a can ever study from others because it continually does each and everything precise and under no circumstances desires to modify its behaviour. one in all those those who, because the invasion of Iraq approached in 2003, spoke out in an intimidatory way adverse to any of your compatriots who had the spectacular temerity to criticse your President GWB for what he became doing. u.s. the land of the free? on condition that they do no longer have a dissenting opinion.

ESL looks like a good idea for you, what's with the grammar dude? If you hate America, then get out. Plain and simple. If you don't want to be here, then by all means, get out.
