Me and my girlfriend JUST use a condom, she doesn't take the pill. If the condom does not break, slip off, and I do not ejaculate in the condom, do you think that it will be 100% safe that she won't get pregnant?

I also check for microscopic holes afterwards by filling it with water, and a hole has never occured. So yeah, I can't see why she would get pregnant.... Just being a bit paranoid =/

The overall failure rate is about 2% - assuming that you use it correctly to start with.

You could probably reduce that by combining some other methods (not necessarily medical) - take a look at the link below for a comparison chart.

And dude, don't go filling them with water after. That's hilarious. Relax.

Hello there.
It sounds to me like there is no way your girlfriend could get pregnant.
I do have to wonder about something tho.
If you are not ejaculating in the condom then what in the heck are you checking them for????? What is the point of wearing a condom if you are not ejaculating in them? You do understand that condoms are made to prevent the sperm from coming in contact with the womans reproductive organs in order to keep her from becoming pregnant. If you are not using the condoms for that purpose, what ARE you using them for? Merely to keep from getting an STD? That would be understandable but then why are you testing them with water to make sure that they do not leak?
You do understand that pre-ejaculate does not contain viable sperm like it was thought to at one time right? Even if it did the condoms contain spermacide.....it just seems to me that you are being overly cautious. I suppose that is up to you tho, I just wanted to make sure that you understood how condoms work. You should be able to ejaculate in them without endangering your girlfriend in any way.
Anyway, keep up the good work, sounds like there will not be any unplanned pregnancies in your situation and that is good.
Take care.
