I'm pretty sure the "internal" shots were filmed near London at Pinewood Studios, the external Tattooine shots were filmed in Tunisia as far as I know.

The Tattooine (Desert) scenes were in Tunisia and Arizona,
Hoth (Ice) was in Norway,
Yavin IV was in Guatemala (Mayan Temples),
Endor (forest moon) was filmed in Edwood State Park, in Humboldt County, Northern California.
Naboo (Amidala's palace) was Italy's Caserta Palace and Lake Como.
Also some scenes in A New Hope were shot in Death Valley National Park, California, USA and Cappadocia Turkey. The internal scenes were shot all over, including Elstree Studios, in Hertfordshire, England.

Different places like the desert scenes in episodeVI was filmed in Tunisia and a lot of the rest of the saga was filmed in london studios and also in the US.

The originals were mainly shot in Tunisia and in the UK
The newer films were shot mainly in Tunisia and Australia.
