that was just a slight touch on his chest and materazzi is crying for it?! and he covers his face??? okay it touched his lips, but why is he covering his eyes and all?

There has been contact between Delvecchio and Cesar in the challenge for the ball. Delvecchio seems in headbutting to clip him under the chin and to the side of his face. OK not wise. However Materazzi has run a distance to provoke a confrontation, standing over Delvecchio and saying whatever. Had he have stayed out of it Juventina the incident would not have occurred.

i watched it..
julio cesar (inters keeper) made a save but delvecchio tried tripping him...materazzi ran over to see what happened and delvecchio stood up but at the same time he headbutted materazzi in the chin...watch
